Duty to Inform

Your health and safety are top priority at Kristy Lynn Nails. The successful execution of some nail services requires your full disclosure during all pre-service consultations. Kristy Lynn Nails will not be responsible for any adverse reactions to services rendered/products used in circumstances where a guest has failed to inform of contraindicating conditions.

Any client information, including but not limited to; contact information, health history, tech notes, etc., is for use by the nail professional only and is for the health and safety of the client. Any information provided is never shared/sold to anyone inside or outside the salon.

Scope of Practice

In Florida, state law prohibits salon professionals from diagnosing or treating clients with nail/skin abnormalities of any kind. Any advice given is the opinion/experience of the nail pro and is not medical advice. Should your nail pro determine that it would not be in your best interest to receive a service, you may be referred to a physician.

 

Right to Refuse Service

For your safety, comfort, and satisfaction, Kristy Lynn Nails reserves the right to refuse service, at the discretion of the nail pro, when necessary. The most important thing is that you have a great salon experience and leave happy with the nail service(s) you receive. Please trust the judgement of your trained nail pro.
